Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with upstream partners (donors, technical partners, government authorities) of the SAPLING Secretariat
∎ Manage technical and administrative aspects of downstream partnerships (vendors, consultants) of SAPLING
∎ Facilitate stakeholder mapping to identify potential future partnerships for SAPLING
∎ Analyze project performance and expenditure for preparation of periodic progress reports for SAPLING
∎ Develop and maintain a website for SAPLING, such as- generate written and audio-visual content for the website, source secondary content from partners/stakeholders to enrich the website, update a repository of technical resources on the website
∎ Conduct critical and systematic reviews of literature to support report writing and advocacy initiatives
∎ Analyse insights from HNPP's implementation activities and draft reports to support operational decision making, visibility and advocacy
∎ Synthesize research and design and create written content (web content, blogs, articles, etc.) to elevate HNPP's visibility to the donor community and support HNPP's advocacy goals
∎ Liaise with BRAC central communications department to ensure compliance with BRAC communications guidelines
∎ Organise virtual and physical events of varying scale to showcase SAPLING and HNPP's different projects' activities and lessons for a wide range of audiences
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 years' of experience in partnership management, advocacy and communications.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Have contemporary knowledge management, partnership development and management, and communication practices and platforms
∎ Have knowledge on contemporary developments in Public Health of Bangladesh, development sector, and global development scenario
∎ Excellent strategic and analytical skills
∎ Strong oral, written and presentation and communications skills
∎ Attention to detail and editing skills and have srong interpersonal skills
∎ Have Digital content designing, event management, social media, creative writing, blogging & visual storytelling skills
∎ Have competency on setting priorities, promoting and working in accordance with organisational values
