রেডি টু কুক পাঁচমিশালি তে নদী-হাওড়- বিল ও পুকুরের বিভিন্ন ছোট মাছ থাকে। চিংড়ি, পাবদা, কই, শিং, টেংরা ইত্যাদি ধরনের ছোট মাছ থাকে।

∎ Diploma in Business Studies, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Freight Forwarding

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): freight forwarding sales, Logistics, Transport Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ROI CTC x 03 times Minimum Criteria
∎ To be find international customers and to build longtime business relationship
∎ Corporate Target should be achieved to be eligible for Incentives which will be above 03 times ROI
∎ Should be able to bring on board big accounts business including Multinational & Large Bangladeshi corporations on his own as soon as he/she comes on board.
∎ Should be able to sell Ocean, Air, Warehousing, 3pl/4pl and all sorts of 360degree sales.
∎ Must be able to sale end to end solutions including Abrars Transport, clearance and freight business
∎ Should advocate Abrar network & Service offerings across Bangladeshi regions.
∎ Focus on recurring business which has monthly, quarterly and yearly contracts & Customer base.
∎ Identify opportunities where Abrars solutions can add value and drive efficiencies within customers supply chain demands
∎ Should be a Team player as well as able to handle/guide his/her team members for wining right opportunities.
∎ Regularly review and coordinate of new service activities offering with operations & account managers.
∎ Should be able to participate in E Bidding, Price Portal, RFQs & RFI.
∎ Research and evaluation of customer market activities, internal and external data (markets, competition, technologies, trends) in order to understand how regulatory, environmental, technical, political and other business changes will impact customer needs.
∎ Create and maintain a good trusting relationship with customers management. Understand the customer and the customer expectations/requirements,
∎ Regular interaction with the customer to follow up on quotes, solutions, service delivery and quality issues
∎ To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction to all customers through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues and problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 56 years
∎ Proven record in delivering above average target growth and possible revenue profile change. Sales Experience only from Freight forwarding & Multinational Freight forwarding organizations.
∎ Females and Males both are allowed to apply
∎ IT and Languages Skills:
∎ Regular user of Pack Office Pro ( Excel, PPT, Word )
∎ Good in English, Korean/Chinese writing and Speaking

Salary: Negotiable
