We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Manager (Outdoor, Event & Activation), Marketing for Paper & Tissue Industry.
∎ The Position is expected to plans, oversees, track and manage the all aspects of event, outdoor and activation of the product group or brand that effectively make an impression to target customer/ audience successfully by ensuring to budget and time constrain in a cost-effective manner. The Manager shall ensure standard methodologies, practices and templates and tools are defined and followed across marketing teams, other stakeholders and that those integrate well with enterprise practices.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate outdoor, events (promotional programs/ campaigns) and activation of the brand from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving activation.
∎ Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel events/ campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
∎ Lead the team and execution of events/programs in line with the marketing plan/ strategies within budget.
∎ Prepare budget for the programs/ campaigns and ensure adherence of the budget.
∎ Ensure brand visibility in strategic location and execute PSM materials.
∎ Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers; ensure quality of receiving materials/deliveries etc.
∎ Build strong business relationship with stakeholders like outdoor firms/ suppliers to complete the job in time.
∎ Obtain/ manage events/ campaign permission from the competent authority.
∎ Maintain record of each events/ campaigns, ensure proper documentation and do post event evaluation report.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Hygiene portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years' experience in outdoor, events and activation in FMCG industry.
∎ Working experience in Paper, Tissue and Hygiene products will get preference.
∎ Confidence in dealing with client suppliers, customers and the press-over the phone and in person.
∎ Outstanding organizational, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Project Management and Leadership skills.
∎ Proven experience in developing events plans and campaigns.
∎ Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
∎ Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
Salary: Negotiable
