Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Operations related teams alike: production, IE, cutting, packing, finishing, maintenance etc
∎ Managing day-to-day operations
∎ Ensure on time delivery
∎ Keep pace with planing & schedule
∎ Maintaining product quality
∎ High Technical knowledge on ladies wear tops and bottom garments
∎ Meet Efficiency & productivity standards
∎ To maintain pace with planning and and production.
∎ Follow up total production flow by balancing to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
∎ Must be sound on buyer quality and technical requirements.
∎ This position is reporting to GM, Operations.
