Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Coordinate overall activities including project implementation and regularly visit respective working area and update the progress from time to tome to management and donors. In addition the incumbent will communicate with national level stakeholders i.e. Ministries, BMET (DEMO), Probashi Kollyan Bank, Network and Like Minded organisation and help team to arrange issue based training/ event and prepare periodical report, case story writing and event report. Manage and update regular best practice & project MIS.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project plans and schedules are followed properly, develop solutions to project challenges, and direct others for successful completion of project on time and within budget.
∎ Oversee project activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Help project team and other stakeholders define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the project.
∎ Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of BRAC and the donors.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes.
∎ Advice on 'best practice' approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused.
∎ Ensure close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners/ BRAC departments/ GoB/ ministries to guarantee smooth implementation of Safe Migration and reintegration activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements.
∎ Ensure project plans, specifications, roles and responsibilities and the necessary communications are defined and completed as per standard within the programme framework.
∎ Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on a regular basis to BRAC programmes/ departments and donors.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritisation of work and improving quality thereby.
∎ Troubleshoot project problems, launch initiatives to reduce operational costs and defects, identify and implement creative solutions.
∎ Develop and evaluate the tools and techniques used by the project to manage the project.
∎ Mentoring team members by sharing tips and techniques and collaborate with other managers of different projects to execute project implementation.
∎ Facilitate project team and others to identify project requirements and ensure they align with programme objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Conceptual understanding of development and migration issues.
∎ Knowledge on Project Cycle Management, Project Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation.
∎ Expertise on report writing and budgeting.
∎ Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
∎ Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Competencies on leadership, coordination, creativity and innovativeness.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in the development field including project management is preferred
