∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business development, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Logistic, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the implementation of business plan of iSocial for B2C component aligned with iSocial business strategy and financial model
∎ Lead the team to meet the revenue target for B2C component of business plan connecting with commercial partners' sales target
∎ Lead deployment of field level sales force as per plan
∎ Lead integration of project activities coming from B2B business development into the B2C activities so that we meet B2B client's expectation with support from Program management team
∎ Build and nurture the B2C team for meeting the needs of iSocial as per business plan
∎ Look after the key ratios of business performance for B2C component
∎ Lead the activities related to retention of field sales force through mentor-ship and field management team engagement
∎ Establish discipline in product order, sales proceed collection and distribution as per SoPs
∎ Ensure 100% data collection from field through digital system
∎ Lead community engagement activities in the operations areas

∎ Ensure building high quality field level training pool for imparting training to field sales force
∎ Develop and update periodically the training manuals
∎ Lead launching of online learning platform ( web, mobile app and chatbot)
∎ Ensure effective mentoring of field sales force through call center, video call and field visits
∎ Develop innovative learning tools for field sales force
∎ Ensure protocols of service delivery and data capture through standard digital solutions

∎ Represent iSocial at national and international stage as and when required
∎ Support business development team as and when required
∎ Ensure implementation of SoPs across the board
∎ Develop capacity building plan for each of the employees and guide the colleagues to acquire required skills
∎ Mentor colleagues on wellbeing, sexual harassment prevention and code of conduct
∎ Facilitate building a culture of empathy, documentation and responsiveness.
∎ Publish in national and international journals and present papers in conferences.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
