Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for experienced and dynamic professional for the position of "Manager, Operations" having minimum 10 yrs experience in Dairy/Fisheries/Organic Fertilizer.
∎ Workstation: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Visit: Frequent visit to Factories/Projects, located outside of Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ * Business Area: Dairy, Fisheries & Organic Fertilizer -
∎ Assist to look after the overall operational activities of Dairy, Fisheries & Fertilizer business.
∎ Planning & budgeting.
∎ Coordination & Communication.
∎ Develop/review SOP/ policy for best practices of operational management system.
∎ Cost control & wastage management.
∎ Close liaison with inter-department/division as well as various govt authorities, local influential, etc.
∎ Process documentations and prepare various reports.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by the superior / management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must be efficient in MS Word, XL, Power Point and net browsing.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill.
∎ Must have willingness to travel frequently.
