Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management
∎ Higher Diploma in "Tourism and Hospitality Administration" Additionally, other related course from BHMTTI with foreign work experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: English speaking, Reporting and Documentation, Very Good at Microsoft office specially on MS Excel PPT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excellent presentation, Hotel Management, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service, also achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability.
∎ Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.
∎ Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
∎ Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
∎ Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth day to day operation.
∎ Conduct regular operations meeting with all HODs to discuss routine operation matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
∎ Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
∎ Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all departments.
∎ Be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arises in the hotel.
∎ Carry out duty management shifts as required.
∎ Conduct regular fire safety walks and health and safety audits.
∎ Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
∎ Carry out regular inspection of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
∎ Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and safety to yourself, other employees, guests and any other person on the hotel premises.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Training on food safety and hygiene from BHMTTI or foreign
∎ Pre-Opening experience is preferable
