Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Manage all Food & Beverage (Restaurant & Cafe) related business plan and day-to-day operations .
∎ Manpower Planning.
∎ Manpower Training.
∎ Food Costing & Cost Control
∎ Manu Development
∎ Service Development & Strongly Monitor all activities.
∎ Must have experience sales analysis.
∎ Strong Management & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Must have Experience about all Legal laws , Legal Food Safety Law & City corporation laws.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
∎ Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning
∎ Sales Software, Experience on POS operation.
∎ Develop employees by providing on-going feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
∎ Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
∎ Suggest employment and termination opinions to management, if needed
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
∎ Ready to any type of work assign by the management for Business Development.
