Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable To Handle Full Operation Of The Company.
∎ Plan & Execute International & Local Tour Packages For Corporate
∎ Maintain Communication With Clients To Facilitate The Quality Service
∎ Solid Knowledgeable On VISA Rules And Regulations Of Different Countries.
∎ Strong Knowledge About Umrah And Hajj Package As Well As Recruiting.
∎ Building Relationship With Airlines And Hotels ( Local & International)
∎ Uphold All Online Marketing Communications On Social Network, Email, Website Etc.
∎ Attend Meetings & Brief Sessions At Corporate Client's
∎ Overall Responsibilities Of Management Reporting Covering All Financial Aspects Of The Group.
∎ Coordinate In Preparation Of Annual Budget For The Group
∎ Identify Areas Of Cost Reduction In The Company.
∎ Work With Various Department Heads To Upgrade Internal Controls, Reporting Systems,
∎ Corporate Policies/ Procedures And Implementation Of The Same Where Needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive to extra working hour.
