  • 5 year experience in offset printing area will be get preference
  • Maintain TPM to keep machine 100% production
  • Age-28 to 40 Years
  • Should be Sound Health


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Follow and meetup daily, weekly and monthly production plan and sales target ensuring good product quality and minimum wastage of Offset section.

  • Set machine wise manpower for optimum utilization of machines and minimum overtime.

  • Calculate and record paper consumption. Cooperate with product development and costing team for new product development by making and providing `Process Analysis Sheet`.

  • Ensure raw material availability before production with communication to the concern department.

  • Ensure manpower availability at all the machines to reduce idle time. Provide trainings for developing manpower.

  • Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

  • Reduce Bottlenecks and NPT and increase efficiency by implementing advanced manufacturing methods.

  • Reduce manufacturing lead time. Reduce Raw Material consumption.

  • Implement 5S and improved manufacturing methods in production floor.

  • Ensure implementation of SOP and follow accordingly

  • Responsible for achieving production KPI setting target to the shift in charge and supervisors.

  • Maintain collaboration with central planning, pre-press, customer service, sales and product development team

  • Liaise with Quality to ensure product Quality and compliance Ensure comprehensive follow up and corrective actions on customer complaints.

  • Optimize and co-ordinate with Supply chain, support supply chain processes through regular interaction

  • Implementation of TQM & 7 QC tools based on process requirement and product specification.

  • Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed to attract, retain and develop high potential talent.

  • Maintain minimum manpower costing for carton section. Involve in recruitment procedure to ensure only right personnel are employed in his section
