Uttara Development Program Society (UDPS) is a Bangladesh-based development organization working to improve the living standards of underserved communities through microfinance and other development initiatives.

Lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across UDPS programs. The role verifies performance and beneficiary outcomes, strengthens data quality and turns evidence into practical learning and program improvement.

· Develop practical indicators, monitoring tools, data definitions and reporting schedules suited to each program or activity.

· Coordinate routine monitoring, field verification and early identification of implementation or results risks.

· Review the completeness, consistency, accuracy and confidentiality of results data and follow up material quality issues.

· Plan and manage baseline, outcome, evaluation or other assessment activities when required.

· Coordinate beneficiary-outcome verification and accessible feedback or accountability mechanisms for relevant activities.

· Analyze quantitative and qualitative information and prepare clear dashboards, reports, findings and recommendations.

· Facilitate learning reviews and track whether agreed improvements or corrective actions are implemented.

· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Science, Public Policy, Business Administration or another discipline relevant to the role.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, research, data analysis or impact assessment.

· Demonstrated experience designing tools, checking data quality, conducting field verification and producing evidence-based reports.

· Strong results-measurement, monitoring, evaluation, research and data-quality assurance capability.

· Practical quantitative and qualitative analysis using spreadsheets and digital data-collection or analysis tools.

· Ability to distinguish evidence from assumption and communicate limitations clearly.

· Clear report writing, presentation, facilitation and coordination in Bangla and English.

· Independence of judgement, curiosity, integrity and respect for beneficiary confidentiality.
