About the Position
KGS Group is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic and technically competent professional to lead and supervise the nationwide Technical Department for its Cherish Feed, Safe Feed and Elegant Feed business concern.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, supervising veterinarians/doctors across the country, providing technical support to customers and contributing to business growth through improved poultry health, farm performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and monitor all technical doctors/veterinarians deployed across the country.
Develop and implement technical strategies to support the growth of poultry feed business units.
Provide technical guidance on broiler, layer and other poultry farming practices.
Ensure effective technical support to dealers, farmers and key customers.
Monitor poultry health, disease prevention, vaccination programs, farm management and production performance.
Support the sales team in resolving technical issues and strengthening customer relationships.
Conduct technical training, seminars and field-level development programs for doctors, sales personnel, dealers and farmers.
Monitor field technical activities and evaluate the performance of the nationwide technical team.
Develop technical protocols, guidelines and standard operating procedures for poultry farm support.
Coordinate with feed formulation, production, quality assurance and sales teams to address customer and product-related issues.
Analyze market feedback, disease trends and technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare periodic technical performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure effective utilization of technical manpower and resources across all business units.
