Responsibilities & Context
Eyevalley Vision Hub
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Eyevalley Vision Hub’s products and services.
Explain product features, brands, prices, offers, and promotional campaigns to customers.
Generate sales through telephone conversations and convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear products.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries, objections, and product-related questions professionally.
Confirm customer orders and collect accurate delivery information.
Maintain daily call records, customer information, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
