Educational Requirements:
∎ MSS or any relevant subject from reputed university with all 2nd class.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project plans and schedules are followed. Develop solutions to programme challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project on time and in budget.
∎ Provide technical guidance to the project staffs and partner organisations to ensure Monitoring & Evaluation related activities of the projects/ programme including development of indicators
∎ Help and prepare monthly implementation plan of activities related to monitoring with detailed annual activity plan in accordance with budget
∎ Develop monitoring tools and formats, collect periodical data from field and generate M&E reports
∎ Develop M&E framework, plan and guidelines for Migration Programme and projects.
∎ Documents best practices and success stories, prepares documentation for potential program users and submits timely, high quality reports to donor.
∎ Help project team and other stakeholders define, communicate and drive the strategic vision and goal of the programme.
∎ Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of BRAC and the donors
∎ Advice on 'best practice' approach to all aspects of programme and project management which is practical and result focused
∎ Ensuring project plans, specifications, roles and responsibilities and the necessary communications are defined and completed to standard within the programme framework.
∎ Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to BRAC and donor.
∎ Work closely with team members to provide training on strategic initiatives, project operation, problem solving, prioritization of work and improving quality thereby.
∎ Develop and evaluate the tools and techniques used by the project to manage the project.
∎ Mentoring team members by sharing tips and techniques
∎ Facilitate project team and others to identify project requirements and ensure they align with programme objectives.
∎ Collaborate with other managers to execute programme.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in the development field including project management skills is required
∎ Excellent knowledge on Project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation, conceptual understanding of development and migration issues
∎ Skills on planning, problem solving, decision-making, project proposal writing, report writing and budgeting
∎ Excellent competencies on leadership, communication, coordinating, creativity and innovativeness
∎ Have knowledge on periodical report writing/ MIS, case story and documentation
