Job Context:
∎ Debonair Bag and Luggage Limited is a sister concern of the Debonair Group.
∎ We are immediately looking for some qualified candidates to fill up the vacancy of Manager Merchandiser (2 Persons) / Sr. Merchandiser (4 Persons) position for our Bag and Luggage Project, Located at Chotanpara, Square Masterbari, Bhaluka, Mymenshing.
∎ Merchandising section workstation: Mohakhali DOHS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates should perform below activities:
∎ Establish product development and cost strategies to achieve economic efficiencies through coordination with design & development, sourcing & other relevant teams.
∎ Sourcing the best possible pricing both for marketing and merchandising.
∎ Build, develop & maintain relationships with potential and new customers and relevant external parties.
∎ Carry out product pricing and pricing strategies to attract and develop new business
∎ Supervise the merchandising team activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
∎ Monitor product planning, capacity checking, weight & study report in close coordination with IE & Planning team
∎ Develop and drive seasonal strategies that meet sales, create & communicate seasonal line plans to guide design, product development and production in support of the company objective
∎ Assist in building & maintaining a strong supplier network for product development. Source & negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have previous experience in Bag and Luggage Marketing Merchandising & Costing.
Salary: Negotiable
