• Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.

• Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.

• Work closely with the design teams to involve in bringing innovations and sustainable products to the table.

• End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development, order execution.

• Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.

• Design packs/development sample process for relevant season/phases.

• Feedback follow-up on each season’s customer sign-offs with narrow-down styles.

• Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.

• Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.

• Order placement & delivery confirmation.

• Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.

• Shipment process & customer communications.
