∎ The Manager - Marketing (Textile) is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote textile products, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth. The role requires a deep understanding of the textile industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and customer needs.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote textile products, focusing on both domestic and international markets. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity in the textile industry.
∎ Enhance brand visibility by managing promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and public relations efforts to ensure brand consistency and awareness.
∎ Design and execute product marketing campaigns, including new product launches, product positioning, and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales efforts, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional content.
∎ Manage relationships with key clients and distributors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
∎ Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising to expand the brand's digital presence.
∎ Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products and network with potential clients.
∎ Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, customer feedback, and sales data to refine strategies.
∎ Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering professional development.
