Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of yarn technical specifications.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data management.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Send yarn price inquiries to suppliers and negotiate pricing as needed.
- Follow up on timely yarn delivery and ensure supplier acceptance of purchase terms.
- Receive Material Receiving Report (MRR) from the factory and verify accuracy.
- Maintain and update the daily LC (Letter of Credit) pending list.
- Prepare and update the daily Master LC report for procurement tracking.
