Job Context:
∎ We seek an experienced individual for the role of Marketing Manager. The candidate should be able to acquire reputable buyers for the newly established company.
∎ Shaikat Knitwear is a 100% export-oriented AOP ( All Over Print) Factory. It is a sister concern of Fakir Fashion Limited ( Our AOP Production Capacity Per Month: 300 Ton). We have 3 Flatbed AOP Machine.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This job is mainly AOP (All Over Print) fabrics Sourcing Marketing.
∎ Individually capable to handle orders and buyers.
∎ Individually capable to own sourcing ability.
∎ To maintain good relationship & communication (oral & mail) with the customers.
∎ Having ability to buyer development.
∎ Sample development and take approval from buyer.
∎ To ensure payment is received from buyer on time.
∎ Having ability of crisis management.
∎ Must be capable of handling European and USA based buyers of Knit (All Over Print ) Fabric. Applicant must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/ procedure.
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with top Management.
∎ Highly skilled in computer and mail communications. The ability to deliver under pressure.
∎ Preparing Marketing Campaign & Strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):All Over Print (AOP) Business Development & Fabric Sourcing Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Knit Garment (Textile)
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The applicant must have at least 8 years job experience in Marketing with AOP ( All Over Print) Sourcing Area.
