∎ Post Graduate/ Graduate from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must have the leadership quality to run the Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Have the capability to hire sales personnel and setup a sales & Marketing team to whom he leads.
∎ Candidate must have working experience as Manager in a Reputed Real Estate / Property Development industry
∎ The incumbent must have capability to impel the Sales & Marketing Department including policy formulation and implementation.
∎ To train, develop & lead his Team
∎ Responsible to obtain assigned sales target through sales team(s).
∎ Ensure team activities by implementation of daily/weekly/ quarterly /monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Set up guideline for Sales & Marketing team to develop effective Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ Effective plan shear with the management to market requirements and Sales developments.
∎ Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Should be self motivated, hardworking, ready to work under pressure.
∎ Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general working hours.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ At least 05 years experience in relevant field (Experience in Real Estate sector will be given preference)
