∎ M.B.A (Marketing) or Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate sales and achieve targets as planned.
∎ Meet the objectives of the Land for sales and Marketing Department.
∎ Collect prospects from various sources to meet the target and customer portfolio.
∎ Develop potential clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients Land & Apartment.
∎ Deal clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about Land & Apartment to ensure sales.
∎ Follow-up with clients according to the customer database and update the progress.
∎ Maintain after sales formalities including Application Form, Payment Schedule, Deed of Agreement.
∎ Prepared reports of daily, weekly and monthly on a regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Telemarketing, Facebook (Boost & Lead ads) & others marketing experience.

Salary: Negotiable
