∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Increase flat sale.
∎ • Sales target achievement.
∎ • Generate Sales Report on monthly, quarterly and annually.
∎ • Making plan for individuals and group to achieve sales target.
∎ • Responsible for operation & management of the sales department.
∎ • Follow up all the sales & promotional activities.
∎ • Execute the sales strategy to ensure organization vision.
∎ • Maintain strong relationship with existing clients/customers.
∎ • Any other task assigned by management related to the rule profile.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have computer literacy also fluency both in written and spoken in English.
∎ Having good skills on computer graphics design will be privileged.
