Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this position, you will take a lead in forecasting, planning, staffing, controlling the ordering of food and beverages for our hospitality property and overall function of business administration food and beverage industry.
∎ To build up and increase our business day by day.
∎ To follow up our perfect food and beverage industry overall business operations.
∎ Daily look after & oversee our esteemed customers and vendors and supply our products as per requirements.
∎ Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders· Process customer complaints patiently·
∎ Work closely with the restaurant management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platform.
∎ Familiar with door to door marketing
∎ Meet sales target.
∎ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ May require evening, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
∎ Strong relations and community engagements.
∎ Strong data analysis and reporting skill.
∎ Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed·
∎ Track and order shipments·
∎ Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors· Adhere to food, health and safety standards·
∎ Plan,hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff·
∎ Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers·
