Responsibilities & Context:
Customer Development & Chain System Promotion:
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
- Promote chain system expansion strategies in alignment with brand goals.
- Identify and implement chain policy models, giving high priority to experienced personnel in chain development.
- Support growth of outlet numbers under a consistent brand and operational model.
- Visiting potential customers for new business oppurtunities.
Marketing & Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives for catering services and outlets.
- Schedule and manage service timelines, delivery planning and special dining or corporate events.
- Communicate with clients to customize services as per their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in Food and Beverage.
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on:
- Sales performance and customer feedback.
- Submit reports to management in a timely and accurate manner.
