Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility includes motivating, leading and directing team members and being able to achieve the hospital’s set objectives.
∎ Motivate the team with a vision of the hospital objectives and inspire team members and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration with others.
∎ Visit doctors regularly in various hospitals, Medical College, Diagnostic Center, Clinic, Lab & other Health Care centers to inform them about the facilities /services of the Hospital.
∎ Organize and monitor strong marketing and sales team for sales target achievement & promotional activities.
∎ To prepare effective marketing campaigns and implement plans for increased revenue
∎ To establish strong relationships with Consultants/ Doctors/Medical Officers/Patients.
∎ Record keeping and time to time reporting to management.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience of working in the private sector hospital of greater Mymensingh region.
∎ Permanent residents in the greater Mymensingh division will be given preferences.
∎ At least 8 years of experience in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in a manager position in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Applicants must be capable to handle clients in any situation.
∎ Must have Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under the strictest deadline are required.
∎ Must be organized, self-motivated, professional and Service-minded.
∎ Must have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities & honesty.
∎ Must have Leadership & Managerial skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal & management skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of computer applications.
