Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership for the clinical and non-clinical service delivery by the hospital, ensuring the provision of quality and sound services.
∎ To maximize the financial performance of the clinical and non-clinical departments whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with the legal and professional standards.
∎ To contribute to the strategic, operational and business development of the hospital.
∎ To support the corporate & executive management and work collaboratively with the other members of the Senior Management team in the achievement of the hospital's financial, quality, safety, people objectives and support the business plan.
∎ Contribute to the hospital's business plan and support the Managing Director to formulate departmental plans, budgets and objectives.
∎ Supporting Hospital Vision, Values and Behaviors and incorporating these into the meaningful team and personal objectives.
∎ Coordinate documentation works for regulatory affairs and ensures all necessary licenses and other certificates.
∎ Formulate the hospital marketing and corporate sales strategy.
∎ Have to ensure Security, Safety, housekeeping and vehicle management in the Hospital.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience of working in the private sector hospital of greater Mymensingh region.
∎ Permanent residents in the greater Mymensingh division will be given preferences.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ At least 5 years of experience as Head of Operation/Manager Operation in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ No need to apply who have less than 10 (Ten) years of experience in the hospital's job.
∎ Must have Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under the strictest deadline are required.
∎ Capable of hospital operation system management and software / IT Operation
∎ Must be organized, self-motivated, professional and Service-minded.
∎ Must have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities & honest.
∎ Must have Administrative, Leadership & Managerial skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal & management skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of computer applications.
