Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to prepare & maintain hospital accounts, cash and bank transaction, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, sales records.
∎ Prepare financial statements/reports as well as analyses accordingly.
∎ Payment processing after verifying and checking submitted documents.
∎ Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
∎ Support month-end and year-end account closing process.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and compliance with reporting requirements and procedural standards.
∎ Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax-related requirements.
∎ Reviews current financial status by collecting information, preparing and analyzing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
∎ Follow set accounting policy and procedure and Company rules and regulations.
∎ Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices, and other accounting documents and also support to internal and external audit.
∎ Resolve accounting discrepancies.
∎ Develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
∎ Reconciliation of banks and other related control accounts.
∎ Record keeping and time to time reporting to the hospital management and related government regulatory authority.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience of working in the private sector hospital of greater Mymensingh region.
∎ Permanent residents in the greater Mymensingh division will be given preferences.
∎ At least 8 years of experience in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ At least 2 years of experience as manager position in the reputed Private Hospital.
∎ No need to apply who have less than 8 (Eight) years of experience in the hospital's job.
∎ Working experience in Tax & Vat will add an advantage.
∎ Having working experience in Inventory and Valuation.
∎ Must have Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commendable presentation, decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under the strictest deadline are required.
∎ Must be organized, self-motivated, professional and Service-minded.
∎ Must have Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities & honest.
∎ Must have Leadership & Managerial skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication in English (Written & Verbal) and Interpersonal & management skills.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computer applications.
