We are looking for a Manager – Maintenance for the factory who is really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful leader. The appointed Manager – Maintenance will be trained as efficient leaders with attractive benefits.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall maintenance activities for Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Printing, and Embroidery units
Ensure effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, utility, boiler, compressor, and generator systems
Plan and implement TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Ensure smooth operation of ETP, STP, utilities, and energy management systems
Coordinate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve OEE
Prepare and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and annual shutdown plans
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, Audit standards, ESG, safety, and all applicable legal regulations
Lead, train, develop, and evaluate maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians
Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement action plans
Implement national and international codes and standards (BNBC, ISO, NFPA, etc.), including RSC/Nirapon and buyer requirements
Design and execute different projects as assigned by management
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
