∎ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
∎ Proven experience in managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control systems.
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team development abilities.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical systems of all dyeing machines, Hi-soft machines, Stenters,
∎ Calendar / Inspections / Boiler / Generator /ETP, etc.
∎ Lead a team of technicians. Allocate work and monitor task completion.
∎ Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
∎ Maintain records of machinery maintenance, electrical system and breakdowns.
∎ Monitor machine performance to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
∎ Lead installations and commissioning of machines and equipment. Liaise with the suppliers.
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of any issue, find the root cause and suggest to the management.
∎ Coordinate with the production, commercial and other departments to ensure proper integration of mechanical systems.
∎ Maintain all maintenance logs and documentation as per buyer compliance.
∎ Support internal and external audits by ensuring safety, environmental, and labor compliance standards are met.
∎ Train technical staff on machine operation, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management as required at any time.
