Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an learning embedded take initiative for capacity building of all staff of respective programme(s) to play their role efficiently and design capacity development plan accordingly.
∎ As an embedded negotiate and coordinate with respective programme(s).
∎ Assess learning needs and design training programmes accordingly.
∎ Ensure standardization of training curriculum, materials, tools, methods for training products.
∎ Prepare facilitators for rolling out training programmes in large scale by providing TOT.
∎ Guide the regular updating process of training modules, courses according to the changes/suggestions/feedback/recommendations of relevant stakeholders
∎ Identify, communicate and maintain network with national and international training providers for quality learning solutions
∎ Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes / modifications.
∎ Facilitate training courses, workshops in and outside of BRAC
∎ Ensure training monitoring and evaluation are in take place for tracking quality training products and TOTs through standardized process and tools
∎ Attend appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to human resource development and management both in and outside of BRAC.
∎ Ensure the enhancement of Capacity development of team member(s)
∎ Cater any other responsibilities given by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience is required.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Training and Development, Talent Management, Human Capital Management, Budget.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
