∎ BA / Honours
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall management of restaurant operations on day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in guest service, employees, party booking (from booking the party to its successful conclusion), and cost control.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue in all areas of restaurant. including Chinese Thai, Indian, and Bangla Cuisine.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
∎ Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory and restaurant supplies.
∎ Develop guest relations and staff's skill.
∎ Respond to customer queries and complaints.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety environment.
∎ Identify improvements needed and build on guest loyalty.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
∎ Capable to software maintain.
∎ You are overall responsible to handle manpower/Employees the restaurant and Convention center.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chinese Restaurant, Convention Center, Tourism.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest, and sincere.
∎ Problem Solving & Analytical.
∎ Creativity & adaptable to Modern System.
