Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders for business growth
∎ Manage a 40-member delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
∎ Drive complex delivery projects from offshore center
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion
∎ Engage in pre-sales support, estimation of new projects and technical solutions
∎ Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed
∎ Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
∎ Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
∎ Serve as primary contact for stakeholders' inquiries and concerns
∎ Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving
∎ Report delivery status to stakeholders and develop required delivery documentations
∎ Manage team by recruiting, training and coaching, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15-20 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in software delivery management roles
∎ Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects in parallel
∎ A strong technology background is preferred, including experience in solution architecture, technology architecture, database design and software application design
∎ Management skills including project management capabilities
∎ Excellent leadership and customer service skills
∎ Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
∎ Experience working in a high-level collaborative global environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
∎ Experience in DWH/.net/java projects as a technical lead and PM for at least 10 years
∎ Excellent people management skills combined with project management skills
∎ Direct client experience is a plus
∎ Ability to work in agile environment
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills are necessary
∎ Experience with project management tools such as MS Project
∎ Proficient with MS Office, Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools)
∎ A highly motivated person that is passionate about collaborating with others to drive results and can motivate others
∎ A team player who is open-minded, proactive and process-driven
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills and impeccable time management skills
