Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Information technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review IT policies and procedures as relevant to the organization and aligned with industry standards
∎ Plan the implementation of the processes and procedures for the identification and assessment of risk in the organization’s information system
∎ Rollout the policies and procedures, ensure practices and do periodic awareness sessions
∎ Provide governance, risk, and compliance insights to drive improvement across IT functions
∎ Measure and monitor IT compliance and facilitate audit functions to conduct IT audits
∎ Plan and execute the actions necessary to mitigate audit observations and ensure 100% compliance to the IT policies, processes and controls
∎ Review current and proposed information systems for the compliance with the company’s business strategy
∎ Work with cross functional IT teams to establish and maintain governance framework to ensure IT goal is achieved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including 2 to 3 years of direct experience in IT Processes/Audit/Governance lead role is preferred
∎ Deep knowledge in standard IT policies, processes and controls
∎ Exposure to IT Audit and Compliance
∎ Excellent knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL)
∎ Good Leadership and stakeholder management skills
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
∎ Ability to collaborate, working closely with both functional and technical teams
