IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proactive management of IT infrastructure support and service
∎ (Server, Network, Wi-Fi, CCTV, Attendance, PABX, PA Systems and Production Floor Mobile devices) up to tier-2.
∎ Monitoring the healthy maintenance of IT assets and maintain the IT inventory.
∎ Maintaining Local Server room.
∎ Maintaining IT budget and procurement process aligned with central IT team.
∎ Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions within due time.
∎ Ensure all C-TPAT audit documents ready for audit procedure aligned with central IT team.
∎ Visiting shop floors on a regular basis for any IT support.
∎ Take part in IT projects or any role assigned by the line manager.
∎ Provide training to end users to ensure smooth IT operation.
∎ Preparing weekly report for IT service delivery head.
