Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily checking materials receiving report as per challan wise and preparing MRR sent to the head office.
∎ Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
∎ Maintaining materials receiving register.
∎ Maintaining materials receipt, issue & stock ledger.
∎ Preparing monthly, half yearly & yearly materials received report.
∎ Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
∎ Preparing daily, monthly & yearly production & delivery report and send to the head office.
∎ Preparing L/C wise & supplier wise raw materials received report and send to the head office.
∎ Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.
∎ Supervising loading and unloading procedure of all materials and keep record.
∎ Correspondent with surveyor for raw materials survey status.
∎ Monitoring & Ensuring supply of raw materials from port to factory if needed.
∎ Generating purchase orders as and when inventory levels reach reorder levels.
∎ Preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs.
∎ Efficiently managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production and dispatch targets.
∎ Maintaining LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card method.
∎ Supervising material supervisor, factory weight scale operator & diesel pump operators.
∎ Record maintaining as per ISO standard.
∎ Assist inventory team for preparing half yearly & yearly inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
