∎ Plan and perform operational and financial audits.
∎ Identify business process risks.
∎ Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
∎ Document the results of evaluations.
∎ Ensure regular audit readiness and follow-up for company-owned stores.
∎ Review financial budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to SOPs and compliance requirements.
∎ Monitor and review financial operations, identifying and addressing areas of risk, which led to a reduction in financial errors and improved regulatory compliance.
∎ Plan and execute internal audits.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors.
∎ Detect and prevent fraud.
∎ Evaluate internal controls.
∎ Perform any other task given by the management.
