∎ CA(CC) / CA Inter with MBA / Masters in Accounts or Finance.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the internal control system throughout the Head Office and Branches.
∎ Evaluating risk management activities within the organization.
∎ Determining the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Provide advice on proposed developments such as major new systems and proposed initiatives to help ensure risks are properly identified and evaluated and appropriate controls built in.
∎ Formulation of audit manual, techniques, guidelines, audit programs, and checklists for the better performance of the internal audit process.
∎ Review Different Departments’ operational processes and identify risk and drawback of operations and suggest effective measures.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
∎ To conduct schedule and un-schedule Branches, Warehouse, office premises visits for audit activities.
∎ Supervise and monitor all works done by associates of the Internal Audit department.
∎ Verification all kinds of local purchase, Foreign purchase, Export and other bill payment.
∎ To follow up management action/implementations on audit recommendation to monitor that business is conducted in proper and sound manner.
∎ Execute operations audit and assess company operations, process, financial, compliance and other associated risks.
∎ Identify opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risks.
∎ Prepare yearly sales operation audit and prepare reports accordingly.
∎ Finalize monthly Accessories closing report and monthly shipment closing report of the Branches and report to Management.
∎ Assist in any special inspections, investigations, examinations, or reviews on frauds, or irregularities requested by the senior management.
∎ Offering an objective source of independent advice to help reach the goal and achieve legality and validity.
∎ Learning and studying the organization’s policy and guidelines.
∎ Identifying audit scope and developing annual plans within the organization.
∎ Following up the audits to monitor the managements’ intervention.
∎ Promoting ethics and identifying improper conduct within the company.
∎ Any special task assigned by Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well conversant with Auditing and Accounting standards adopted in Bangladesh and should have excellent communication skills and writing reports to Effective Management both in Bengali and in English.
∎ Strong Internal audit acumen, Analytical ability, Conflict management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation skill, Problem Solving, Report Writing.
∎ Knowledge of Applicable Laws, Rules, Regulations and/or Policies and Procedures.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Have good knowledge of using MS Word/ Advance Excel
∎ Should be prepared to travel within the country.
