Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance/ Accounts.
∎ MBA in Finance/ Accounts will get preference.
∎ Must be CACC completed.Partly qualified on CMA / CA / ACCA is a must.
∎ Advanced level completed on CMA / CA / ACCA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, CA CC, Risk Management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure checking of daily transaction & delivery product information on daily basis.
∎ To supervise conducting internal audit & reviews according to the Audit program.
∎ To ensure checking and verifying of Daily EL reconciliation, Daily Attendance, Vouchers on daily basis.
∎ To performs stock reconciliation with accounts department.
∎ To arrange conduct of market audit with compliance & Sales team, internal financial & operational audit/regular audit of the Head office, Zonal Office & DP office.
∎ To verify vendor and working for cost optimisation.
∎ To assist and recommend process and procedure for development of internal control mechanism.
∎ To supervise monitoring and follow-up of the activities of zonal/field auditors on daily basis and Set the audit plan for them.
∎ To motivate, guide and lead the team and arrange necessary training.
∎ To check for anomalies or ability to find out incident of corporate corruption. Facts findings of any incident.
∎ To identify the potential risk and plan the audit according to risk.
∎ To ensure verifying of all petty cash vouchers and registers, all ERP entries, vendor’s payment, physical stock (maintenance equipment).
∎ To recalculate and agree to the VAT and TAX.
∎ To supervise verifying fixed asset regular basis including POP, actual consumption by client against revenue, billing process regularly, bank reconciliation, visit of Technician, engineer against customer care support, existing client physically and summarise findings.
∎ To supervise tracing of Sales employees’ visits. Verify the market for potential expansion.
∎ To ensure and follow-up sales and collection.
∎ To supervise preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly report.
∎ Any other report as assigned by the reporting / Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Honest and Hardworking.
∎ Good Interpersonal and Leadership skill.
∎ Excellent skill on MS office package, especially Excel.
∎ Ability to prepare Reports for Management.
∎ Ability to settle issue instantly while reporting to concerns.
