Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Drive a strong team consists of a set of professionals, diversified and multi-cultured people in an international standard.
∎ Strongly monitor Quick Changeover (QCO) procedure by collaborating with related teams and advise for continuous improvements (follow SMED & Lean tools).
∎ Evaluate skill requirement and implement plan for develop multi skilled workforce within the organization.
∎ Design and implement all Production and Warehouse Management system in most efficient way and develop SOP of those procedures and make sure to sustain.
∎ Design and implement efficiency based incentive system for all employee and re-balance if necessary.
∎ Establish Lean Manufacturing or TPS culture to reduce non-value added processes.
∎ Do the required process modifications & encourage for KAIZEN activities and Innovations.
∎ Establish strong pre-production study team to identify the difficulties of upcoming style and take corrective action to overcome and ramp up efficiency.
∎ Monitor the all preparation of new style - Booklet, non C&M HC plan, require machine projection, guide & folder making.
∎ Analyze future expansion feasibility and choose the right machine, furniture & equipment to optimize the production facility.
∎ Ensure most effective factory layout to boost the efficiency of material transportation.
∎ Garment SMV analyzing, operation Bulletin and Layout planning. Conduct related Industrial Engineering practices and apply for higher productivity.
∎ Set up and manage the Training Centre for trainee workers, coordinate with HR and other departments for skill test in recruitment, manage the skill assessment scheme for all production operators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Have clear knowledge on Lean tools: Kanban, Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
∎ Expert in pre-production activities; process study, machine & folder readiness & manpower readiness.
∎ Having Diploma in Manufacturing Management will get preference.
