Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Ensuring monthly dispatch plan and daily/weakly production target
∎ Feeding plan co-ordination with PP&C department and cutting
∎ Execution of pilot runs before bulk production.
∎ Technical advice and execution for better process on floor
∎ Line balancing and planning, target setting for optimum line efficiency.
∎ Order tracking and follow up with PP&C department
∎ Monitoring daily incentives.
∎ Review of monthly, quarterly and yearly performance
∎ Making Costing Bulletin
