∎ Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from a renowned university with excellent academic results or MBA.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job design, standardize timing SMV and methods.
∎ Production balancing, Process engineering.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ Should understand Garment wash & Quality procedures. Fine-tune process, suggest work aids and attachments.
∎ To analyze performance of operators.
∎ Prepare construction style package and follow-up.
∎ Practical experience in monitoring performance, identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
∎ Participate in the production planning.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Develop an IE team Train the production (Sewing/ Wash) team in IE concepts; advise the management in IE matters.
∎ To co - ordinate with washing department for improving their working procedures
∎ Experience in Working Costing and Production SMV
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Experience in GSD environment/ GSD certificate
∎ Verbal and written correspondence in English.
∎ Should have experience in the Sewing & Washing, Inspection, Floor Management,
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership ability.
∎ Well familiar with folders, all kind of work aids, operation, modification etc.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Good interpersonal skills with leadership quality.
