Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping post and current records.
∎ Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
∎ Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace.
∎ Maintain all the documents which need to comply with the certification bodies.
∎ Ensuring 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensuring the factories always prepared/ready for VAT, Titas Gas, Environmental audit from Government officials.
∎ Ensuring Fire Safety of the factory and have to competent knowledge on Fire guidelines.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up accordingly to Labor Law.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs.
∎ To maintain relation with law enforcement and govt. offices.
∎ To assist Factory Head with Strategic HR/Admin functions.
∎ Organize all relevant meeting on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety related issues.
∎ Prepare, implement and review of SOP at factory level.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Administrative issues.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law.
∎ Needs to have experience of facing audit with various certification bodies, Like: GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKO TEX.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Proactively trouble shooting and problem solving capacity.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative working relationships within the team.
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) and Labor Law.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
