∎ Educational qualification to be relaxed for those who have demonstrated extensive experience, working in highly skilled jobs, in senior level roles.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Administration, HRM, Liaison Management, Policy Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company's HR policies as per Company Law.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Prepare Job description, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration.
∎ To implement effective Employee engagement strategies.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law Act-2006, Bima Act, and Accord Alliance, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant IPO related company in Bangladesh.
∎ To implement & monitor training & development program/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Take effective strategies for reduce employee turnover & and increase employee retention.
∎ To handle Disciplinary Action, Grievance, and employee relation issues as per law with companies' norms & regulation.
∎ To communicate with IDRA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Station, and Local Influences.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Contributing to implement a service-oriented HR and administration practice;
∎ Aligning HR and administrative functions and resources with the business plan of the company;
∎ Initiating and executing HR and administrative cost reducing approach;
∎ To ensure that security personnel, equipment and operations along the company is effective enough to protect physical assets of the company;
∎ To identify potential threats and ensure security of all establishments of the companies during long holidays, natural disasters, political unrest etc. and monitor and guide security personnel;
∎ Creating a culture of maintaining working relationship with all related stakeholders in the government and non - government sector, local authority, police station and VIPs etc.;
∎ Leading the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of corporate and branch administration department by delegating tasks and responsibilities to administrative staffs;
∎ Leading a team of executives and support staffs of corporate office and branches of company;
∎ Creating and leading an emergency response team that contributes in business continuation by acting timely and effectively to emergency situations;
∎ Negotiating and executing contracts with vendors and suppliers and improving efficiency with office stationery and supplies;
∎ Developing and executing administrative policies in the Company;
∎ Making awareness of optimum utilization of company assets and property;
∎ Assisting in formulating annual administrative budget and controlling that by identifying different cost heads;
∎ All other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management;

∎ Age at least 40 years
