Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in financial and grants management in donor funded programs. In which at least 3 years of experience as manager.
∎ BRAC's values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies
∎ Budgeting and accounting, accounting software skills, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating
∎ Facilitating group meetings, leading teams, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The purpose of this role is to effectively design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track progress and effectiveness of the overall grants efforts.
∎ Plan, produce and review grant budget proposals for HCMP.
∎ Design and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system to track actual against projected expenditure of funds received
∎ Ensure collection of data that measure progress and track the effectiveness of the approved budgets in implementation of projects.
∎ Conduct assessment and provide feedback on progress toward program targets and benchmarks.
∎ Ensure quality control and rigorous monitoring and evaluation of each grants burn rate and support sector leads.
∎ Prepare reports in consultation with AGM, Grants for the Senior Management Team of HCMP
∎ Coordinate with respective sectors to determine funding needs
∎ Ensure timely submission of financial reports to donor agencies.
∎ Review partners cost and ensure partners are on track as per BRAC policy in relation to grants agreement
∎ Organize capacity building activities for HCMP staffs and partners.
∎ Conduct monitoring visit of partners for ensuring compliance Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
