∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of production based on buyer's norms and standard.
∎ Make sure Inline & End line Quality, Appearance, Measurements & Clerical Works are maintained.
∎ Should have enough technical knowledge on shirts for men and ladies.
∎ Should have knowledge about various fabrics quality, effect of washing on the fabric, shading due to washing etc.
∎ Should have pro-active analytical power to find our risk factors during production.
∎ Organize PP meeting with all related parties, find out focus area and ensure the results of PP meeting during production.
∎ Ensure quality production based on approved PP sample, accessories as well as decision in the PP meeting.
∎ Solve Fabric / trims issues, production actual status both garment required processing issues, garment quality issues ETC,
∎ Fit / PPS submission from factories and pre-approved by liaison office QA Managers / Team Leaders and buyer's head office final approval / comments to take note.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection, audit matters & Bulk fabrics inspection reports if within buyer's standard penalty points / square yards.
∎ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem, and solve the quality issues & innovatively establish Zero defect in the factories.
∎ Ensure all QA staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.
∎ Must to make sure quality & measurement issue from first ten pieces production of layout for any new & critical style.
∎ Must complete any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 4 years experience in same position
∎ Practical experience in quality department
∎ Strong Knowledge in Woven Shirt Garments Manufacturing Processes, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good skills in Computer.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Able to self-start and work independently with buyers to ensure quality assurance activities including quality control/audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ Must know how to control wash / Non wash Gmts. Cutting procedure.
