Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
∎ /Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration/Business Studies with good academic records from any public or reputed private university will be required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Market Research, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Preparation and Implementation of Annual Business Plan (ABP) for Assigned product category.
∎ Review Tendering sites and propose tender bidding recommendation to head of sales and execute the process accordingly.
∎ Develop Business networking with DGDP, LGED, PWD, Ministry of Housing & Public works, MES, other govt, Semi-Govt., purchasing agencies & contractors of Govt. enlisted agencies for effective positioning of assigned products in order to secure business.
∎ Develop retail & dealer networks in target markets in order to ensure effective market coverage, training & development of distribution channel's sales & services resources.
∎ Provide 3 (three) months rolling forecast for Assigned product category as per market requirement and submit to Head of sales on monthly basis.
∎ Recommend appointment of sales agents in target markets to HOS based on revenue target and submit monthly agent's performance evaluation report to HOS.
∎ Recommend trade event participation in order to reach target market segments with appropriate feasibility analysis to HOS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants who have following experience will be given preference, Door locks & hardware sales, advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing, Channel sales, & Tendering
Salary: Negotiable
