• Proficiency in using retail/POS software and basic computer applications.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla (spoken & written).

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and display standards.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

• Maintain accurate sales records, cash handling, and daily financial reconciliations.

• Control operating expenses and maximize profitability.

• Implement in-store promotions and campaigns in alignment with the marketing team.

• Identify local opportunities for community engagement and brand visibility.
