∎ Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field would be an added advantage

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall F&B day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service for both patients' cafeteria and staff food.
∎ Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
∎ Comply with all health and safety regulations of all staff of F&B
∎ Ensure all the utensils and cutleries are workable and arrange replacement in time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 years in a managerial role in a large size hotel
∎ Must have experience in managing a large team
