∎ At least 5 years in a managerial role in a large size hotel.
∎ Must have experience in managing a large team.
∎ Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee daily operations within established budget and quality standards.
∎ Maintain exceptional levels of internal and external customer service for both patient and staff dining areas.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations for all F&B personnel.
∎ Supervise inventory levels and ensure all kitchen utensils, equipment, and cutlery are in working condition; arrange timely repair or replacement when necessary.
∎ Monitor food and beverage costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and optimize profitability.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
∎ Develop and implement innovative F&B service ideas to improve customer experience.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on operations, budgeting and team performance.
